Check out this incredible incident shared by Steve Redick:

I came across this scene early on the morning of February 28th at around the 4500 block of North Austin Avenue. The photos below were actually taken the following day. What struck me most was how the car had been completely embedded into the corner of that building—it’s something I’ve never witnessed before. If you take a closer look, it's truly remarkable. I found it surprising that the Chicago Fire Department (CFD) didn’t stick around to oversee the cleanup; instead, they seemed to hand it over to some contractor. Personally, I’d be concerned about potential fires or structural collapse in situations like this. Unfortunately, I wasn’t there to witness exactly what happened leading up to this moment, so I can't provide much commentary beyond sharing these images. Still, I think they’re worth checking out!

I’ve always heard stories about cars crashing into buildings, but this one is particularly shocking. It’s honestly hard to believe that something like this could happen without causing more damage. I wonder if anyone was hurt during the incident. Either way, it’s a good reminder of how quickly accidents can escalate into something unimaginable.
