The DB-L12 Paper Cup Forming Machine is a high-efficiency, multi-station automatic system designed for the production of various paper cups. It features continuous automated processes such as feeding, sealing, oil filling, washing, heating, knurling, convex knurling, curling, and unloading. This machine is ideal for manufacturing paper drinking cups, market cups, and advertising cups, and it is widely used for hot beverages and other liquid products.


FEATURES:
1) The main frame is inclined, allowing cups to drop into plastic holes with a success rate of up to 99.99%, significantly reducing paper waste.
2) The head design is oval, making it easier to seal the cups efficiently.
3) The machine automatically feeds the bottom paper and adjusts itself using a spring mechanism.
4) Inside, it uses three sets of chains instead of the traditional two, enhancing stability and performance.
5) If your paper is double PE coated, the machine can be equipped with ultrasonic technology for better sealing.
