2. Security of Quick Connector

Quick connectors feature a double sealing ring radial sealing structure. Modified rubber O-rings are used, which are primarily for fluid physics and chemistry, custom, anti-aging, corrosion resistance, and swelling. Outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. Corresponding space on the two sealing rings ensures no bonding of the rubber substrate. Synthetic rubber O-rings are used, increasing mechanical properties and preventing aging. Sealing rings and spacer rings are securely fastened in the shell via an elastic clamping device, preventing phenomena such as ring falling or shifting. This guarantees excellent sealing security.

5. Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
The quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity allows for a secure connection. To disconnect, press the clip button, expand the lock, and pull out the connector. Please note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
