“Common-rail system can achieve fuel economy, mainly by the characteristics of injection pressure, injection time, fuel injection quantity and multi-injection. Optimistic about the domestic common rail market

At present, in addition to the electronically controlled common rail system, there are electronic control unit pumps, EGR and other technical routes in the domestic market, but Bosch is full of confidence in the future common rail market. “According to the statistics on nationwide licensed cars, we expect that the number of applications of traditional mechanical fuel injection systems will be significantly reduced in recent years, and the sales ratio of electronic control systems will be further enhanced. By 2013, the emission standards will continue to increase. The mechanical injection system of China's road diesel system may be completely replaced by the electronic control system. The electronic control system has a vast market space, said Gu Zhihua.

The greater advantage of the common rail system will be reflected in meeting higher emission standards. “At present, in the phase III of the country, various technical routes in the market can basically meet emission requirements, but as the emission standards are further improved, many technical routes may encounter various obstacles in the process of upgrading, and the common rail system is The technology upgrade has been recognized by the international market. In addition, the use of common rail technology and SCR exhaust gas aftertreatment technology can not only further achieve fuel economy, but also significantly reduce nitrogen oxide emissions, said Gu Zhihua.

Localization strategy to open up the market

To gain market recognition, in addition to strong technical support, the price factor is also a realistic issue that Bosch has to consider. The sensitivity of domestic commercial vehicle users to product prices is still relatively high, and EGR and other technical routes can compete with common rail systems. As for the price of the common rail system, Gu Zhihua said that Bosch also hopes to come up with more competitive products, depending on two factors.
