4. Working Principle of Vibrating Screen

The machine uses a vertical motor equipped with eccentric hammers on both top and bottom, acting as a vibratory source. The eccentric hammers change the rotational track into horizontal, vertical, and inclined movement, which is then transmitted to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom eccentric weights changes the trajectory of the material on the sieve.
