4. Working Principle of Vibrating Screen

The machine is driven by a vertical motor equipped with eccentric hammers at the top and bottom, acting as a vibratory source. The eccentric hammers convert the rotation into horizontal, vertical, and inclined movement, which is then transferred to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom eccentric weights changes the trajectory of the material on the sieve.
