Through constant exploration, the Binhua Group introduced it into the saponification process of the propylene oxide plant, replacing the saponifier lime, which can reduce the consumption of large amounts of lime; the recovered saponification residue is pressed After filtration, cooling, and other processes, it can be mixed with fly ash produced by thermoelectric devices and processed into bricks for sale. In this way, all "scraps" have become "products," and companies have achieved significant economic benefits while achieving zero emissions of solid waste. In addition, recycling of waste water, waste gas recycling, and development of cogeneration are all important ways for chemical companies to develop circular economy.
Constantly updating technical equipment is the fundamental to achieving energy-saving emission reduction and developing a recycling economy.
