2.Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure, using modified rubber O-rings that are resistant to fluid physics, chemistry, aging, corrosion, and swelling. The outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. This ensures that no bonding occurs between the two sealing rings, and the outer synthetic rubber O-rings enhance mechanical properties and prevent aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened in the shell via an elastic clamping device, preventing issues like ring falling or shifting. This guarantees excellent sealing security.

5.Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
The quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity allows the tie clip fastener to connect two connectors together, then pulling back ensures a complete connection. Repairing or removing the quick connector is different. First, push the male connector and press the clip button to unlock, allowing you to easily pull out the connector. Note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
