INTRODUCTION OF QUICK CONNECTOR

1) Design and Production
Our quick connect fittings are designed with innovation in mind, offering secure and fast connections suitable for various media carrying lines such as fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, and air systems. These connectors are ideal for automotive applications and are manufactured according to SAE J2044-2009 standards. If needed, we can customize the design based on customer requirements. The plug-in and self-locking structure ensures easy and quick connection, allowing for high-density arrangements and greater flexibility in design.

2) Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure using modified rubber o-rings. This ensures excellent resistance to aging, corrosion, and swelling. The outer o-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring, preventing bonding and enhancing mechanical properties. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened within the shell, ensuring a reliable seal and preventing any issues like ring falling or shifting.

3) Material of Quick Connector
Various materials are used depending on the application, including PA12 GF30, PA66 GF30/35, PA6/6T GF25, PA9T GF30, PA11, and more. Suppliers include Arkema, BASF, Dupont, Evonik, and others. These materials are selected for their durability and suitability for different environments such as fuel, steam, urea, and power steering systems.

4) Working Environment of Quick Connector
Designed for use in gasoline and diesel fuel delivery systems, ethanol, methanol, and natural gas systems, as well as vapor venting and evaporative emission control systems. It operates under a working pressure of 5 bar (72 psi), vacuum pressure of -0.55 bar (-7.2 psi), and works effectively within a temperature range of -40°C to 115°C, with short-term exposure up to 150°C.

5) Connect & Disconnect Operation Method
The quick connector consists of a body, inner and outer o-rings, a spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When connecting, insert the mating tube end into the connector and pull back to ensure a secure fit. To disconnect, push the male connector and press the clip button to release it easily. Always apply SAE 30 heavy oil lubrication before reseating to ensure smooth operation.
