INTRODUCTION OF QUICK CONNECTOR

1) Design and Production
Innovative, secure, and quick, our quick connect fittings made of synthetic materials are suitable for most media carrying lines. Whether it's fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, or air carrying lines, we offer an ideal means of connection. These quick connectors are specially designed to match automotive pipe systems. The design and production of the quick connector strictly comply with SAE J2044-2009, which specifies quick connect coupling for liquid fuel and vapor or emissions systems. If the product doesn't meet customer needs, we can design and manufacture according to their specific requirements. The plug-in and self-locking structure makes connecting and disconnecting faster and easier. The space required for operation is only the width of a finger on both sides. These features ensure that quick connectors can be densely arranged, increasing customer design flexibility.

2) Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure, using modified rubber O-rings, primarily for fluid physics and chemistry, custom, anti-aging, corrosion, and swelling resistance. The outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. On the two sealing rings, there is no bonding between the rubber substrate. Outer synthetic rubber O-rings are used, increasing mechanical properties and preventing air aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened in the shell through an elastic clamping device, ensuring they won’t fall off or shift. This guarantees excellent sealing security.

5) Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
The quick connector consists of body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, due to the elasticity of the locking spring, the tie clip fastener connects the two connectors together, and then pull back to ensure a complete connection. Repairing or removing the quick connector differs. First, push the male connector and press the clip button, allowing the lock to expand, making it easy to pull out the connector. Please note, SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
