This machine is capable of manufacturing single and double PE-coated beverage cups, ice cream cups, coffee cups, and bubble tea cups. The fully automated process includes paper feeding, sealing, bottom cutting, lubricating, heating, knurling, curling, and collecting.
 
FEATURES
A. The machine features an open cam structure, ensuring high precision, high output, and long life.
 
B. It uses a longitudinal gear drive system, which eliminates the instability and vibration commonly found in chain drives.
 
C. The entire machine is built with a box-type design, using a spray lubrication system that ensures smooth and stable operation.
 
D. Equipped with a photoelectric failure-detection system and a PLC control system for seamless cup formation.
 
E. Servo-controlled bottom paper delivery ensures accurate placement of the cup base when the cup tube arrives.
 
F. A stretch knife is used for bottom cutting, offering easy replacement and enhanced stability.
 
G. The Swiss Leister heating system is used for sealing the cup body and bottom. The bottom is heated first before being fed, improving the heating efficiency and ensuring proper knurling.
 
H. The knurling device undergoes hardening treatment, resulting in more beautiful cup textures and extended lifespan.
