.This equipment is specifically developed for pipeline flushing and pressure testing of hydraulic systems used in shipbuilding and metallurgical industries. It features an attractive design, compact structure, ease of use, reliable performance, and low noise levels. It is particularly suitable for large ships and metallurgical equipment, where offline washing and testing of hydraulic pipelines are required. The device is applicable to various media such as hydraulic oil, lubricants, and diesel.
The unit consists of a high-flow pump, oil tank, filtration system, heater, meter, electrical control cabinet, sampling valve, and other components. During operation, temporary pipelines connect the device's inlet and outlet to the oil system tank and the pipeline to be flushed, creating a temporary circulation system. The high-flow pump draws oil from the bottom of the tank through a pipe check valve and a pressure relief control valve, then flushes the system through a coarse filter and fine filter before returning to the tank. Under certain pressure and flow conditions, the circulating oil impacts the dirt on the pipe walls, dislodging it. At the same time, the oil is continuously filtered and purified through the coarse and fine filters, ensuring the cleanliness of the oil entering the pipeline system. Users can choose to install an online particle detector based on their requirements.
