The GCC series pipeline flushing machine is designed to eliminate contaminants that result from the installation of hydraulic systems. This ensures the cleanliness of the system and keeps the oil within the acceptable contamination limits for critical components, thus enhancing the reliability and longevity of the hydraulic system. It is an essential step in preventing or minimizing initial failures.


Our GCC series flushing machine is specifically engineered for cleaning and testing pipelines in hydraulic systems, with a focus on shipbuilding and metallurgical applications. It features a sleek design, compact structure, ease of operation, reliable performance, and low noise levels. It is particularly ideal for offline washing and testing of large ship and metallurgical equipment pipelines. The machine can purify various media such as hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, and diesel. It consists of a high-capacity pump, oil tank, purification system, heater, meter, electric control cabinet, sampling valve, and other key components. During operation, connect the inlet and outlet of the machine to the oil supply mainline and the system to be flushed using temporary pipes, creating a closed-loop circulation system. The oil is drawn by the high-capacity pump from the bottom of the oil tank and flows back through a one-way valve, pressure relief valve, system to be cleaned, first filter, and second filter. The oil circulates at a specific pressure and flow rate, dislodging and removing contaminants from the inner walls of the pipelines. The filters effectively remove these contaminants, ensuring the oil meets operational standards. An online particle detector can also be optionally added based on user requirements.
