The PGS "A" (Aluminum) Series of grills have been uniquely crafted from a combination of sturdy permanent mold aluminum, commercial quality stainless steel, brass, and porcelain on steel components to provide you with a great cooking and looking grilling machine. The PGS A-Series barbecues are a culmination of over 40 years of experience selling the best outdoor cooking products and then using that knowledge to manufacture a grill that can do it all.
The A-Series comes in two sizes, the A-30 and A-40, which both offer a wide variety of high-quality permanent and mobile mounting options and accessories. Both grills can be used with natural gas or liquid propane, giving you flexibility based on your needs and preferences.
The A-Series grills are designed for outdoor use. Every gas-burning appliance produces carbon monoxide, which should never be allowed to accumulate in enclosed spaces.
Do not operate your A-Series gas grill indoors, in a garage, RV, boat, or any other enclosed area.
When choosing a location for your grill, make sure it is at least 30 inches away from any flammable materials and avoid areas with heavy foot traffic to ensure safety and convenience.
Before lighting your grill, always inspect the hose or gas supply. Look for signs of wear, abrasion, or damage, and replace the hose if necessary before using the grill. Before lighting the burners, open the lid completely to prevent gas buildup, which could lead to dangerous flare-ups.
Make sure the flame is burning properly and at an appropriate heat level. It's a good idea to watch the grill for two minutes after lighting to catch any small leaks or spider fires caused by webs or blockages.
Remember to lightly oil the cooking grid with spray oil, vegetable oil, or safflower oil before using it again.
You can clean your stainless steel cooking grids with a brass wire brush. Make sure to wash them thoroughly before using them again.
Never place cooking grids, rock grates, or rocks in self-cleaning ovens.
At AEI, we are committed to providing our customers with a safe and enjoyable outdoor cooking experience. Both natural gas (NG) and propane (LP) are safe when used correctly. Please never use natural gas in a unit designed for propane or vice versa, and never connect an unregulated propane cylinder or unregulated natural gas to your grill.
Most homes with natural gas have a regulator near the gas meter. In case the valves on your grill are accidentally left on, and you open the tank valve, the excess flow device will activate and shut off the gas. If this happens, turn the grill valves to OFF, then the tank valve. Wait two minutes, then open the tank valve before turning the grill valves back on. Always turn on the tank valve first, then the grill valves to ON. Want more information? Have a question? Contact us today, and we will be happy to help!
