Here's a message from Eric Haak: I snapped a few quick photos from an alley garage fire that took place at 5955 S. Throop this morning (December 24th). Engine 84 arrived on scene and immediately deployed their deck gun, which helped bring the fire under control in just a matter of minutes. A hose line was then stretched to finish the job and ensure everything was fully extinguished. It's amazing how quickly they can respond and contain these types of incidents. As always, I want to send out a big thank you to all the first responders who are working during the holidays.
