Patio Heaters
AEI is proud to be the exclusive distributor of Infratech heaters. Infratech has established itself as a leader in comfort heating solutions for both residential and commercial spaces. Their infrared heating technology provides efficient and effective warmth for any indoor or outdoor area. Infratech offers a wide range of heater models with various mounting options, allowing you to tailor your heating system to fit your specific needs. We carry heaters with different heating capacities and numerous accessories, making it easier than ever to operate your infrared heaters efficiently. Infratech heaters can be mounted on walls either horizontally or vertically. Not all outdoor spaces have a ceiling or overhead structure that allows for traditional overhead installation. In such cases, wall mounting is an excellent alternative. This option gives you more flexibility in where you can place your heater, especially in areas where ceiling mounting isn’t feasible. Wall mounting opens up a variety of customization possibilities. You can heat hard-to-reach spots that would otherwise be challenging to keep warm. If your wall is suitable, we can even install the heater flush with the surface — though this is less common due to installation complexity and safety considerations. Pole-mounted infrared heaters are ideal for patios or outdoor areas that have poles on the opposite side of the house or building. They allow you to avoid using bulky, floor-based portable heaters, which can take up valuable space. Your pole could be part of a fence or a support beam for a covered patio. Ceiling-mounted infrared heaters are one of the most popular choices. They are easy to install, require minimal clearance, and have a sleek design that blends well into any environment. Mounted on the ceiling, they remain out of the way, freeing up floor space for other uses. These heaters can effectively heat areas from 7 to 11 feet away, depending on the model. The flush-mounted option is highly sought after because it integrates seamlessly with your ceiling, making the heater almost invisible. A flush-mounted heater is installed into a recessed pocket so that it sits level with the ceiling surface. While this looks great, it’s also one of the more complex installations. It requires a fire-resistant pocket to be built into the ceiling, along with a proper frame to secure the heater safely. Due to the technical nature of the installation, it's best left to professionals to ensure safety and compliance with local regulations.
