I. Overview

Therefore, the equipment selected by the concentrator should be determined according to the actual situation. As the equipment is not selected, the quality of the products produced will be problematic. The quality of the products produced varies with the beneficiation equipment produced by different manufacturers. This is my experience in fluorite ore dressing for more than 20 years.

Second, the method

The type of fluorite is classified according to the mineral composition of the fluorite ore: fluorite- quartz type, fluorite-carbonate-quartz type, fluorite- barite -quartz type. Fluorite-quartz-sulfurite type. According to the crystal size of fluorite ore, the fluorite and gangue inlaid with coarser grain size, the fluorite and gangue inlaid with finer grain size.

1, fluorite-quartz mosaic coarser fluorite ore. This kind of fluorite ore is easy to be selected. After a rough selection and a small selection of five times, high-quality fluorite concentrate can be obtained, and the recovery rate is also high.

2. Fluorite-quartz inlay finer fluorite ore. This kind of fluorite ore is more difficult to choose. Because the fluorite and quartz inlays are finer in size, it is necessary to strengthen the grinding, dissociate the fluorite from the quartz monomer, and finally obtain qualified fluorite by flotation. mine.

3. Fluorite-carbonate-quartz type fluorite ore. This fluorite ore is a difficult ore dressing. Due to the same flotation properties of fluorite and calcium carbonate, it is difficult to separate fluorite and calcium carbonate by conventional beneficiation methods. Qualified fluorite concentrates can also be obtained by flotation using special beneficiation methods and special chemicals. I have been engaged in fluorite beneficiation for many years.

4. Fluorite-barite-quartz type fluorite ore. This fluorite ore is also a difficult mineral ore. Because fluorite and barite have the same flotation properties, fluorite and barite are not well separated. The use of special beneficiation methods can also obtain qualified fluorite concentrate, which is my experience in fluorite ore dressing.

5. Fluorite-quartz-sulfurite type fluorite ore. After flotation of the sulfide ore, the tailings are re-selected for fluorite.

Third, the fluorite ore dressing agent

1. Conventional agents: oleic acid, soda ash, water glass.

2, special agents: special collector for fluorite, soda ash, special inhibitor of fluorite.

4. Fluorite beneficiation process The fluorite beneficiation process includes the crushing process, the grinding flotation process, and the dewatering process.

The crushing process has two sections and one closed circuit according to the hardness of the ore, and two open processes.

The grinding process has a closed-circuit grinding according to the different granules of fluorite and gangue, and two sections of closed-circuit grinding.

The flotation process has a rough selection twice to select a number of selected mines in the sequence return process, a rough selection twice to select a number of selected mines in the centralized return process, and a rough selection twice to select multiple times.
