TISCO successfully developed TTS443 material
Taigang started trial production of its low-cost ferritic stainless steel TTS443 in March this year. Through meticulous planning and strict management, the company successfully produced high-quality cold-rolled TTS443 plates with excellent surface finish, mechanical properties, formability, and weldability—meeting or even surpassing international standards. This achievement marked the successful transition to mass production of TTS443. As of the end of October, TISCO had already developed 8,727 tons of this new material.
TTS443 is a versatile, high-performance stainless steel that offers exceptional corrosion resistance, good formability, and strong weldability, along with excellent high-temperature stability. It is widely used in architectural decoration, home appliances, and automotive components. Compared to traditional 304 stainless steel, TTS443 is more cost-effective and practical, making it a suitable alternative in a wide range of applications. Its development represents a significant step forward in the production of economical and high-quality stainless steel materials.
The Plastic Pipe Hauling Machine, also known as a haul-off machine, is a critical component in plastic pipe production lines, designed to continuously and automatically pull various plastic pipes after they are extruded, cooled, dried, and printed.
1. Caterpillar Haul-off Machine
