Used Radiator Recycling Machine Features & Description:

This system is designed to crush scrap radiators into small pieces and separate copper, aluminum, and other metals efficiently.

The entire system offers high recycling efficiency and separation rates (up to 99%). It can process over 1000kg of scrap radiators per hour without losing any copper during the process.

The machine consists of a crusher, shredder, conveyor, separator, and Dust Collector. The first crusher can also be used for crushing scrap copper wires and other types of metal.

It can handle standard radiators from air conditioners and cars, as well as compressed radiators, with no size limitations.

Copper and aluminum pieces produced can be reused. The size of the output can be adjusted according to customer requirements.

The whole system is controlled by a PLC controller. Only two workers are needed to operate the equipment. All components and spare parts are of high quality and long-lasting. We also provide necessary tools and support to help customers maintain the entire plant.

The first crusher is designed with a double roller system, offering low noise and a large crushing chamber. The cutter uses special tool steel, allowing it to handle a wide range of materials with features like splitting, tearing, and squeezing.
The magnetic separator uses a ferromagnetic roller system, achieving a separation rate of up to 95%.
The pulse dust collector prevents dust leakage and achieves a cleaning rate of 99%, ensuring no secondary pollution.
Air flow separation reaches a rate of 97%.
1. Conveyor: Radiators are placed on the conveyor and sent to the first crusher.
2. First Crusher: Crushes radiators into pieces of 10-15 cm.
3. Second Shredder: Further reduces the size of the crushed material.
4. Separator: Copper and aluminum pellets are separated via a vibrating screen.
5. Copper Outlet.
6. Aluminum Outlet.
