Processing Procedures:
  1. Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are broken down and the copper is separated from the plastic sheath. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the screen, with larger meshes producing longer pieces and higher output. The mesh size should be chosen based on the type of material being processed.
  2. The resulting mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces is transported to the separator via a conveyor. During this process, dust and lightweight plastic fragments (such as fibers, ropes, or tapes) are collected by an air blower. The blower is connected to a dust collector that uses a filter bag to trap dust and prevent environmental pollution. The collected dust and plastic are discharged when the bag is full.
  3. The vibrating separator is used to separate plastic pieces from copper granules. This is achieved through differences in specific gravity and aerodynamic forces. By adjusting the speed of the conveyor and the vibration amplitude, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move downward, while lighter plastic pieces rise to the top. Both materials are then discharged through separate outlets.
  4. All components are mounted on a base frame to form a compact and integrated unit. The machine is pre-adjusted and ready for production before shipping, requiring only a power connection to start operating.
