Production Description
The SHJ series parallel intermeshing twin-screw extruder is widely used in high polymer mixing and granulation, including filling, modification, special material production, and granule manufacturing. It can also be used for extrusion molding (equipped with a gear pump or single screw to produce thin films, chemical fibers, profiles, straps, etc.).
It is suitable for applications such as filling modification, blending, powder coating, solid material production, reinforcement modification, cables, wires, reactive extrusion, and more.
As the screw rotates, the surface of the material continuously changes, which helps in removing volatile matter, dehydration, treatment, and other processes.
