Introduction
The BTK series iron separator for magnetic mines is designed by our company using advanced technology. It consists of an Electromagnetic Iron Removal Device, Metal Detector, Non-magnetic Idler Roller, and Rectifier Control Cabinet. This system can be matched with a conveyor belt to eliminate magnetic impurities such as raw ore, sintered ore, pellet ore, and block ore. It separates ferromagnetic materials with minimal contamination to protect the crushers. The product offers several advantages, including a compact drum-shaped structure, automatic belt alignment feature, easy maintenance, low power consumption, and the ability to operate in harsh environments.

Structure
1. Electromagnetic Iron Removal Device: The main magnetic field is composed of the main magnetic pole, which uses electromagnetic type, and the secondary magnetic pole can be either electromagnetic or permanent magnet. The iron discharge method is automatic unloading, and the mounting mode is seated.
2. Metal Detector: HTK magnetic iron ore removal and metal detectors are used together. The ability to absorb iron from the main magnetic system to the secondary magnetic system should be reduced progressively.
3. No Magnetic Idler Roller: No magnetic roller should be selected under the main magnetic pole.
4. Rectifier Control Cabinet: Special belt-type electromagnetic iron remover, metal detector, and rectifier control cabinet form the magnetic system.
Work Principle
The BTK magnetic iron removal system transports materials on the conveyor. A metal detector is installed at the front, followed by the BTK special magnetic iron separator. The non-magnetic splitter platform is connected with the iron parts that have been removed. The rectifier control cabinet is connected with the metal detector and the special belt electromagnetic iron remover. When the metal detector detects iron materials, an alarm is triggered. The signal is sent to the rectifier control cabinet, which then starts the belt-type iron removal and excitation. In the main magnetic pole, iron parts and some more magnetic materials are also sucked up. Through the rotation of the discharging iron straps backward, due to the differences in shape and magnetic properties between magnetic ore and iron, after sorting through three times in the area, most of the magnetic ore falls onto the conveyor belt, while a small amount of material with iron is separated into the platform. After four times, a good effect is achieved.
Application
It can match with the conveying belt to eliminate the magnetic impurities, such as the original ore, sintered ore, pellet ore, block ore and others. It can separate ferromagnetic materials with the least mine to protect the crushers.
